Hello Normunds, thanks a lot for your inputs. I can confirm

1. There are no updations happening. Only new documents are being created.
2. No arrays are being used. Lists yes, need to check the size.
3. Lookup views are global.
4. No searches, no getNthDocument is being used. Just simple plain old lookups. The lookups are also from configuration documents. They usually dont change frequently and used for validations only.

Queries:
1. Do you mean doc = null, everytime?
2. Yes, I will do this in the code "NotesView.Autoupdate = False".
